Located in the Sacramento area, in the heart of Orangevale, we are near the communities of Folsom, Fair Oaks, Granite Bay, Roseville, Rocklin, Citrus Heights, Carmichael, El Dorado Hills, Gold River and Rancho Cordova.
Our mission is to provide a family friendly stables with both English & Western flavors. Kids ages 4 to 94 are invited to come relax and enjoy the beauty and joys of horses and horsemanship at our facility. Whether you are looking for riding lessons, summercamps, birthday parties or boarding, we have it all. Girl Scouts can earn their badges, horse owners can enjoy Orangevale Park across the street where there is also a playground and picnic tables.

Welcome to the New Year! Here's hoping that we all enjoy a happier, healthier and more prosperous year than last!
We've had some changes in our barn: some of our older horses have gone to that pasture that never runs out of fresh grass, allowing us to bring in some new horses to enjoy our happy barn! As I write this I am in the process of looking for a new lesson horse that will work as a wonderful summer camp horse that the students will learn to love. I'll keep you posted when the new horse arrives!
We have some new instructors joining us this year as well, and I'm very excited to welcome them to our family. You'll find their bios on the About Us page.
Speaking of instructors, Jennifer has written and published her first fantasy novel! All of the students here who have read her books love what she writes about and can't get enough of it! Our FUN WITH HORSES summer camp was such a success last year that we are offering a full 9 weeks of sessions this year, as we do with our OWN A HORSE FOR A WEEK camp. We won't be offering Extended Camp this year due to a lack of interest, however, we will be offering Extended Day Care for those who need to pick up their campers later than the camp ends. They can enjoy the trampoline, swimming in the pool and watching Mr. Ed the talking horse while eating their lunch!
We aim to provide you with up to date information and facts on lessons, boarding, training, events, and other happenings at the barn and beyond.
